The Kinetic Operators Program (KOP) is designed to give officers what we believe are the fundamental tactical skills that make a proficient tactician. At a minimum, having the necessary equipment is a visual representation of your determination to accomplish the task. If you want to be successful in a hostile environment, then you should have the basic equipment. The tactical courses and equipment requirements below are what Kinetic Concepts believes is necessary to dominate violent encounters.
