Tactics

Tactics get you to the point where marksmanship matters.

Spatial awareness is a cognitive skill that tells us our position relative to objects and people around us. It helps us interact with our surroundings and navigate different spaces. It also involves the ability to visualize objects in our mind from different perspectives.

How we move, make decisions, and apply tactics in our environment is the majority of what cops do. Winning or losing will likely come down to where you're standing and why you are there. If you don't get there at all, nothing else matters.

Mission

Mandatory tactical training is inadequate, and it does not afford officers the opportunity to build tactical skills.

Kinetic Concepts does not believe that only specialized units should have access to higher levels of tactical training. Rarely do specialized units arrive first to the most critical incidents.

Kinetic Concepts course gives officers the information they need to discover their process for arriving at the point where marksmanship matters. It is your responsibility to increase your chances of survival and limit the levels of destruction.

Our tactical training was created from real world experiences by those who have done the job.

Kinetic Concepts understands that officers rarely continue training after leaving a course. In order to mitigate this issue, Kinetic Concepts has focused on providing a pathway for officers to continue "training" themselves while exposed to real world scenarios.
