Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be longer during launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the shipping service available for your order.

Shipping methods and delivery estimates

We currently offer USPS shipping options when available, including:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: economical delivery option
  • USPS Priority Mail: faster delivery option

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary because of weather, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible at orders@kineticconceptsgroup.com if you need to request an address change. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking may take some time to update after the package is accepted by the carrier.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@kineticconceptsgroup.com. We’ll help you review the shipment details and determine the appropriate next step. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs. Contact us before placing a replacement shipment.

International shipping

  • We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges assessed by the destination country.
